Tel que vous le savez déjà, les 20 et 21 août prochains, se tiendra au Château Montebello, dans l’Outaouais québécois, la troisième rencontre des leaders canadien, étasunien et mexicain – Harper, Bush et Calderon – dans le cadre du Partenariat nord-américain pour la sécurité et la prospérité (PSP).

Plusieurs réseaux, coalitions et mouvements se préparent à dénoncer activement ce partenariat anti-démocratique des hautes sphères économiques et politiques des trois pays qui n’améliorera ni la sécurité ni la prospérité des populations et qui est contraire à leurs aspirations.  Le Collectif Échec à la guerre sera partie prenante à cette opposition.

MANIFESTATION à Ottawa

Le Comité Outaouais-Ottawa ARRÊTONS LE PSP

pied pour l'occation, organise une manifestation

dimanche le 19 août à Ottawa dans le but de favoriser

la plus grande participation possible des gens de

l'Ontario et du Québec.  Le Collectif Échec à la guerre

appelle ses membres et sympathisantEs à y

participer et organise du transport pour l'occasion :

            MANIFESTATION à Ottawa

            Dimanche le 19 août

            Début à 13h, sur la colline parlementaire

TRANSPORT de Montréal à Ottawa par autobus:

=> Départ à 9h30, rue Berri, coin Ste-Catherine

     (à côté de la Place Émilie-Gamelin, métro Berri-UQAM)

=> Retour d'Ottawa à 16h (arrivée à MTL vers 18h30)

      Note : pour celles et ceux qui voudraient aussi

                 assister au forum public qui suivra la

                 manifestation, à 16h, à l'Université d'Ottawa

                 nous envisagerons qu'un autobus revienne

                 quelques heures plus tard, si le nombre le

concerning protest activities (demonstration and public

forum) in Ottawa on 19 August.

As you already know, on August 20 and 21, at Château Montebello, in the Outaouais region of Québec, the third meeting of the leaders of Canada, the United States and Mexico – Harper, Bush and Calderon – will take place to discuss the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP).

Many networks, coalitions and movements are preparing to actively denounce this anti-democratic partnership among the top business and political leaders of all three countries because it will not improve the security and prosperity of the people but will work against their aspirations. Collectif Échec à la guerre will play an active role in this opposition.

DEMONSTRATION in Ottawa

Sunday, 19 August, in Ottawa in order to allow the largest

possible participation by people from Ontario and Quebec.
